Corbin Doak

Corbin T. Doak was born in the State of Maine in the United States. He was first introduced to photography at the age of 8 when his parents bought him a 126 point and shoot film camera.  Later Corbin moved to Hawaii with his family and became more interested in photography. At the age of 15 he purchased his first SLR camera and started learning how to manipulate the image.

Life has brought Corbin from on side of the US to the other and to different parts of Asia.  Corbin has lived in South Korea for four years and is now living in China with his beautiful wife.

Even though he holds a US passport he considers himself to be a world citizen. The world is his country and mankind his family. He believes that life is good and filled with joy and beauty.

When in 2004 Corbin switched from film to digital imaging, he became passionate about design.  He now holds a BFA in Visual Communications with a concentration in Digital Design. Design has opened more doors for him to express his creativity and he is happy to be able to share his creations.
