Walter Heath.

Walter Heath was born and raised in Dayton, Ohio, but have lived in Southern, CA for the past 40 years. Simi Valley, CA is home. Walter mostly define himself as husband, father to five, and a Baha'i.  His creative expression is making music.

Earlier this year he completed a CD that he hopes provides "soul" music which brings joy to sad and despondent hearts, but also enhances the happiness, peace, and joy many
already enjoy. 

Titled "Praise His Name", some of the songs use words that are direct quotes from the Baha'i Writings. However, those songs are universal in their praise of God, so their
appeal is to everyone. 

The hope that drives his music is to provide food for the soul and spirit. By using the Baha'i Writings as inspiration, he attempts to be a service to mankind by composing songs that champion the oneness of God, the oneness of religions, and the oneness of humanity.  The end result of this is to foster unity among all people.

Along with his wife, his children and their families, Walter recorded and released a CD titled "All Things Are Of God" under the name of A Family Affair. Enjoy this collection of songs, some using the Sacred Text of the Baha'i Faith. Included are remarks inspired by the Baha'i teachings on love, unity, equality, and service to mankind.  This CD is a wonderful resource for devotional gatherings, teaching and proclamation events, and just plain good listening.
