Update on the Baha'i Trial in Tehran: Getting no news does not always mean getting good news. We have no date for their 4th trial session but what we do know is that these innocent people are entering into their 3rd year in Evin prison and have been inhumanely treated.

The judge who presided over the third trial of the Iranian Bahá'í leaders in Tehran, adjourned the session without announcing a continuance date. “The Islamic Republic of Iran should immediately set free these seven innocent prisoners,” said Diane Ala’i, Bahá'í representative to the United Nations in Geneva. “ Watch a video of Dan Seals (England Dan, half of the Grammy nominated duo England Dan and John Ford Coley), a Bahá'í of many years (February 8, 1948 – March 25, 2009) singing with the Voices of Baha, an international Bahá'í choir. A WIN-WIN SITUATION
Heather Cardin holds degrees in Arts and Education from the University of Saskatchewan, Canada, and a Master’s degree in English from Carleton University in Ottawa, Ontario. She has published three books and has another forthcoming. She and her husband Bernie have settled in rural Saskatchewan, Canada after living for lengthy periods in British Columbia and Quebec. Los Angeles Times - The tiny club of female presidents in Latin America will grow by one with the election in Costa Rica of Laura Chinchilla. She won the presidency in a landslide victory Sunday and takes office May 8, 2010. The socially conservative, pro-business former vice president hails from the party of incumbent President Oscar Arias, a Nobel Peace Prize winner for his work in the 1980s to end Central America's wars.
